You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. If creating an account, you are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activities under your account.

2. Digital Products, Licensing & Delivery

  • We provide digital products (e.g., Notion templates) and related services.
  • Purchases are processed via LemonSqueezy; delivery may occur via secure link, email, or access instructions.
  • Unless otherwise stated, products are licensed for your personal or single-business use, non-transferable, and may not be resold, sublicensed, or publicly distributed.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Refunds

  • Prices are listed at checkout and may change without notice prior to purchase.
  • Taxes (including VAT/GST) may apply based on your location and are handled via LemonSqueezy.
  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless a product page explicitly states a guarantee or refund window.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the site or services (e.g., reverse engineering, scraping, introducing malware, infringing IP).
  • Do not use our products to violate laws, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, product designs, documentation, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. Except as expressly licensed, no rights are granted, and all rights are reserved.

6. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party providers, including LemonSqueezy (payments), Google Analytics (analytics), Notion (content delivery), AWS and Google Cloud (infrastructure), and n8n (automation). Your use of such services may be subject to their terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RaymondKirk.com / The RC Firm LLC and our affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the site or products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective upon posting the revised Terms with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, license rights granted to you will cease, and you must stop using and delete copies of our materials.
